Registration fees

All fees are given in USD.

* Please send via email a letter from the head of your department or your academic supervisor that confirms your student status to pedg2016@ece.ubc.ca. Student registration does not cover the publication of an accepted paper.

An accepted paper requires the full registration of at least one of the authors at the moment of submission of the final camera ready paper. One full registration (not student registration) allows an author to publish up to two accepted papers.

The registration fee for attendees of the conference includes:
Admission to the technical programme, conference materials, lunch and coffee breaks, admission to the Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, and access to the proceedings on the web.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
Admission to the Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet.

All requests for cancellations of PEDG 2016 Registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent by email to the PEDG 2016 Local Organizing Committee (pedg2016@ece.ubc.ca).

• Cancellations received no later than 29th May 2016 will be refunded in full EXCEPT for the administrative fee of $240 dollars. Refund requests received after 29th May 2016 will not be considered.
• Conference registration will not be refunded (in full or partially) if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper. However, once a person has completed a paid registration another person may be substituted without an additional charge. To make a substitution, the person who made the original registration must contact the PEDG 2016 Local Organizing Committee (pedg2016@ece.ubc.ca) by email and provide the name of person who will be attending their place. Requests for a change of registration from anyone other than the original registrant will not be honored.
• No cash refunds will be made at the conference. All refunds will be processed and paid by bank transfer after the Conference.
